The Opportunity:

  • A dedicated, 20 large independent agency, which is split between Paid Media & Ecommerce
  • Pure exposure & reporting into the founders
  • Managing a pod of 3 to 4 talented people
  • Focus on Paid Search & Social
  • A company fully embedded in Ecommerce – holding talks at Shopify, Emarsys & Yotpo


The Role:

  • You will lead on paid media strategy and be responsible for longer term planning across key accounts. You will be required to independently manage accounts and share feedback on performance internally to our leadership team.
  • You will manage a small paid media team, managing PDPs of team members and supporting their progression and happiness. 
  • You will need to build reports and presentations to be shared with key stakeholders.
  • You will need to build strong and meaningful relationships with clients and maintain regular contact, keeping them engaged with the agency and our team. 
  • You will support new business and the continued growth of the agency, supporting sales and account development activity.
  • You will lead the onboarding of new accounts and find innovative ways to improve processes and increase efficiency and productivity (and ensure these are enforced across your team). 
  • You will need to build relationships and work closely with partners such as Google and Facebook, along with our supporting ecommerce agencies and technologies. 
  • You will need to keep up to date with trends and thought leadership in paid search, paid social and other biddable platforms. It is also useful to keep up to date with wider ecommerce trends and news.



Your Profile:

  • 3-5 year’s experience working within PPC & Paid Social
  • Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc..
  • Team management experience
  • Client facing role within digital
  • Strong on Excel, Pivot Tables etc..
