The Opportunity:

  • Portfolio Ownership: You will manage a diverse portfolio of 5 ecommerce accounts, shaping their journey to success.

  • Tailored Account Plans: Craft personalized account plans for each client, focusing on revenue growth, product/service expansion, and client retention.

  • Client Growth Insights: Unearth and present growth opportunities to clients persuasively, becoming the face of the agency.

  • Client Relationships: Foster strong senior-level client relationships, ensuring high-quality strategic solutions.

  • Revenue Oversight: Collaborate across teams to understand revenue forecasts and ensure contractual obligations are met.

  • Client Happiness: Keep a pulse on client satisfaction, taking proactive steps to ensure their happiness.

  • New Business Initiatives: Work closely with the Sales team to explore new business opportunities.


  • Lead high-level strategy for your clients, using your extensive business expertise.

  • Manage invoicing and financial aspects of your accounts.

  • Escalate issues internally if client satisfaction is at risk.

  • Use your experience to plan large-scale ecommerce performance marketing campaigns.

  • Showcase strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for data.

  • Present findings to senior stakeholders with compelling narratives.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing senior-level client relationships and overcoming challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan large-scale ecommerce performance marketing campaigns.

  • Leadership and management skills, with a knack for team and self-organization.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively.

  • Excellent presentation skills for both content creation and client interactions.
