The Role: As an Account Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by leveraging our client's innovative technology offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients, driving sales of our client's AdTech solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies and brands, particularly those within IPG.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.



  • Proven track record of success in digital sales.
  • Strong network of contacts within advertising agencies and brands, ideally at IPG.
  • Solid understanding or knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
