The Role: Day to day running of overall ad operations team Recruiting and training of new team members Working with the team to help develop their careers Oversee tag management and analytics implementation for clients Training wider team around technical aspects of the ad operations and technology implementation process Work with internal mar tec and data science teams to identify integrated reporting between datasets Champion ad serving process internally Skills & Attributes: 5 years + 3rd party ad serving experience Passion for team leadership Technology knowledge includes DCM, Flashtalking, Mediamind is essential Experience with DFP, OpenX, AdTech is beneficial, although not essential Technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML is a bonus Confidence to train and mentor junior team members Circa £60k Base Salary + Extensive Benefits Key Skills: Ad Operations, Technology Management DBM, Programmatic, Ad Trafficking, Data Analysis How do I apply?
