Ad Operations Manager – Media Agency

Based in stunning London Bridge offices, this globally renowned Media Agency is one of the most awarded in the world and they are now looking to expand their successful Ad Ops team.

The Role:

Working with the wider ad operations team to ensure successful set up, tagging, trafficking and optimising of display campaigns

Being responsible for your campaigns and ensuring they are performing to and exceeding set KPI’s

Managing and mentoring 1 x Junior Executive

Working with 3rd party technologies and media providers and develop new technology partnerships to drive performance

Developing best practices, processes and services to support clients and the business

Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising
-
Providing guidance and support across the team and wider business
Your Profile:
-
A minimum of 2 + years experience in an Ad Operations focused role

A minimum of 1+ years management/mentorship experience preferred

Excellent analytical and data handling skills
-
Excellent understanding of, and experience in DCM and a range of ad serving technology
-
Able to work in a fast paced, pressured working environment with an ambitions and innovative team

A tenacious attitude towards self-development and learning new skills
-
Be a clear and assertive communicator with great interpersonal skills
