The opportunity:
Founded back in 2012 with an astonishing amount of investment, this business has gone global very quickly. Completely disrupting the market within their sector, as an extremely fast paced & forward-thinking company. As one of the biggest paid media spenders in Europe, they have direct access to Google & Facebook to test out the latest tech.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, you will:
- Own and execute our global affiliate marketing program and strategy
- Drive new customer growth and build the affiliate marketing channel to be one of our most significant acquisition channels
- Formulate and deliver on affiliate marketing best practice
- Manage our relationships with affiliate partners & platforms globally
- Work with our international marketing teams to recruit and expand our affiliate network
- Measure, monitor, and analyse performance to identify optimization opportunities and achieve growth targets
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of building effective affiliate marketing programs
- Thorough understanding of different affiliate marketing models
- Strong commercial acumen
- Analytical mindset and obsessed with driving marketing performance and ROI
- Data-driven with high attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasker and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by constant growth
- Great communication skills
