We’re partnering with a global digital media business that’s scaling its international sales division following strong year-on-year growth. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on driving programmatic solutions across global agency groups.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-market environments, understands agency structures, and knows how to build lasting commercial relationships.

The Opportunity

As Agency Partner within the International Sales team, you’ll take ownership of an existing global agency relationship while also leading the charge on new business with a second network. You’ll collaborate closely with the International leadership team, media operations, and cross-functional experts to bring best-in-class solutions to life for your clients.

It’s a great step for someone who’s commercially driven, confident with agency navigation, and keen to play a pivotal role in growing a high-potential revenue stream.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day relationships across two major agency groups (Publicis & Assembly)
  • Deliver revenue and profit targets by identifying and closing multi-market opportunities
  • Build tailored go-to-market plans and manage pipeline forecasting
  • Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Account Management to shape client solutions
  • Represent the business in agency meetings, trading reviews, and planning sessions
  • Create clear, concise sales narratives using data-led storytelling

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in digital media sales, ideally programmatic or performance-led
  • Strong understanding of international agency teams and planning cycles
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic partnerships
  • Skilled at responding to client briefs and creating impactful proposals
  • Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Someone proactive, ambitious, and ready to make an impact
