Agency Sales Manager – B2B Programmatic Advertising

Salary – Up to £60,000 + OTE
Hybrid – 3 days in office | Central London HQ

Brilliant opportunity for a B2B media sales specialist to join one of the most exciting high growth AdTech businesses in London. This company is disrupting the B2B digital marketing space with a unique blend of programmatic technology, data insights, and omni-channel activation.

As an Agency Sales Manager, you'll play a leading role in driving revenue from UK media agencies and B2B marketing teams. You'll bring a strong black book of contacts, a consultative sales style, and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key UK agencies and B2B advertisers
  • Build and convert a revenue generating pipeline through your existing network
  • Identify and close high value deals, from pitch to contract
  • Deliver client-specific insights and strategic media recommendations
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver great results

Experience

  • Proven experience selling into media agencies and/or B2B marketing teams
  • Track record of closing complex programmatic or digital advertising deals
  • Existing agency relationships and contacts essential
  • Excellent understanding of programmatic advertising and data-driven marketing
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and presentation skills
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience in digital media or AdTech
