They continue to transform the property landscape by delivering more transparency, certainty, and efficiency across every stage of the housing lifecycle for consumers and property professionals alike. Over 20,000 agents and new development customers currently use their service. Over 70 million website visits per month and they are looking to build on that significantly in 2022.

The Role:

As an App Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for optimising, implementing, and analysing paid media campaigns for the Zoopla app. You will be working closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams on App Store Optimisation, mobile landing page testing, and web-to-app traffic strategy. You will report into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and work closely to set strategic direction for native-app growth including goal and KPI setting, identification of key performance drivers, and budget allocation decisions. This position will focus on acquiring app instalLs through paid media campaigns, App Store Optimisation, and web-to-app while working closely with the Product team to connect the entire user experience.

Key Duties:

  • The ideal candidate will be a proven performer in native-app marketing. Managing app campaigns from creation, optimisation through to performance measurement.

  • Take ownership of the test and learn roadmap, looking for ways to scale app acquisition across new partnerships and within existing channels (audience targeting, creative, messaging)

  • Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Analytics to reimagine, optimise consumer acquisition, in-app experiences, and user retention

  • Progressive, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical skills; candidates must be comfortable measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of marketing performance data.

  • You’re an App marketing and tech super-fan. You stay on top of everything new and exciting in the world of mobile App marketing as well as industry changes/updates.


Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in Google App Campaign & Apple Search Ads

  • Experience with mobile measurement and app analytics platforms such as Appsflyer, Singular, Branc, etc.

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills

  • Possess a can-do attitude and demonstrate creativity and ability to come up with innovative and original solutions to technical hurdles

  • Team player with the ability to effectively communicate performance, strategy and priorities

  • Sense of humour and positive attitude!
