The Role:

  • Actively planning support and post-sale account management to key accounts, working directly with Sales team
  • Responsible for developing strategic media plans in response to all RFPs
  • Monitoring status of campaigns to ensure full impression delivery 
  • Pulling site data and competitive analysis along with research teams
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all outstanding items required for campaigns
  • Instruct and reconcile all billing related matters


Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred at a major online publisher or agency in sales / support
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of DART, Comscore, Microsoft Office
  • Experience with and understanding of DFP beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluency in English. Any European language (Ideally FR, ES, DE or IT) seen as a bonus
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Teamwork skills essential
