Alongside their fast-growing consumer platform, they’ve launched a suite of enterprise solutions – including a new for Business proposition – designed to offer bespoke mental health support for employers, insurers, and large-scale partners across finance, banking, insurance, and tech.
The Opportunity
Join at a pivotal stage as the business builds its B2B function from the ground up. As Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you will:

Own the go-to-market strategy for enterprise propositions – shaping how solutions are positioned, packaged, and sold into large organisations.

Drive demand generation – designing and executing campaigns that convert into demos, trials, and high-quality pipeline.

Map and optimise the enterprise buyer journey – creating touchpoints that guide HR, benefits, and procurement teams from awareness through to purchase.

Enable the sales team with compelling propositions, decks, and case studies that win business with major accounts.

Lay the foundations for scale – hands-on delivery today, with scope to hire and lead a small B2B marketing team as the business grows.
They’re looking for a commercially sharp, creative marketer who can bring energy, empathy, and storytelling to enterprise GTM.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing plans for enterprise offerings.

Partner closely with sales to run ABM campaigns and co-create pitches.

Build demand gen and nurture programmes that drive measurable pipeline.

Shape the narrative and refine the value proposition across sectors.

Track performance and continuously optimise campaigns and channels.
Your Profile

Proven experience in B2B marketing with enterprise-level clients (ideally healthcare, insurance, finance, or tech).

Hands-on demand generation and ABM expertise – able to design campaigns that move the needle.

Strong sales enablement experience – adept at building decks, tools, and messaging that help sales win.

Strategic thinker, comfortable in a scale-up environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Polished communicator and presenter – confident influencing senior stakeholders.

Creative, empathetic, and collaborative – able to balance commercial rigour with a human-centred mission.
