Our client is a fast-growth, mission-led scale-up using technology and content to make mental health and wellbeing more accessible. Backed by significant investment, they’re expanding rapidly across the UK and US, with new propositions launching throughout 2025.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to be the first dedicated B2B marketer for their brand-new content division — a proposition that helps companies create expert-approved wellness content, distributed either on their own platform or clients’ channels.
You’ll play a pivotal role in taking this to market, driving demand with major brands, and partnering closely with sales to land high-profile partnerships.
Responsibilities
Proposition & Positioning
Demand Generation & Lead Nurture
Sales Enablement & Partnership Support

Work hand-in-hand with sales, developing pitch decks, case studies, and campaign materials.

Help shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
Foundations & Growth

Establish marketing processes, playbooks, and metrics from the ground up.

Lay the groundwork for a future B2B marketing function as the division scales.
Your Profile

Proven track record in B2B marketing with strengths in ABM, demand gen, and sales partnership.

Experience shaping propositions and go-to-market narratives for new or disruptive products.

Comfortable operating as a first hire — hands-on, agile, commercially minded.

Background in agency, content studio, SaaS, or brand partnerships welcome, with a portfolio of B2B campaign success.

Strong communicator, confident in front of clients and senior stakeholders.
