Biddable Account Manager (Paid Social)

I have a compelling opportunity for a Biddable Manager (permanent) with a focus on paid social, working with one of the leading independent specialists in the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. This agency is renowned for its dedication to accountable creativity and data-driven performance.

The Role: In this role, you'll lead paid social (and potentially paid search) strategies and campaigns for key clients, taking charge of campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting. As the agency and client portfolio continue to expand, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development in 2024.


Technical Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of the biddable media landscape and its alignment with client objectives.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social, including platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap, with expertise in Meta's Advantage+ suite.
  • Experience managing budgets of £100k+ monthly and optimizing full-funnel campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and client communications daily.
  • Exposure to or willingness to expand into paid search, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, and ownership of the reporting process.
  • Experience in forecasting, tracking, and re-forecasting traffic and revenue targets.

Responsibilities: Paid Social (Lead Channel):

  • Management and ownership of client paid social activity across various platforms.
  • Campaign planning, building, reporting, and budget management.
  • Collaboration with the Paid Social Director to develop agency approach and client success goals.

Paid Search (Secondary Channel):

  • Management and ownership of client paid search activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Campaign planning, building, reporting, and budget management.
  • Collaboration with the Paid Search Director to develop agency approach and client success goals.

Overall (Tying Channels Together):

  • Client management and liaison across biddable paid media activity.
  • Providing a holistic view across both channels and leading ongoing strategy and approach.
  • Managing media plans, reporting documents, and leading client performance calls.
