Job Role: Biddable Account Manager 

Salary: Up to £45,000

Position Overview: As a Biddable Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across search and social media channels. You'll collaborate closely with our clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored strategies, and execute campaigns that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of biddable media campaigns, with a focus on either search or social platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, develop digital marketing strategies, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for all biddable media initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing biddable media campaigns, with a focus on search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Open to candidates who are heavier on one channel over the other.
  • Proven track record of driving results-oriented campaigns and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to derive actionable insights and inform campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
