The Role:

Key responsibilities of the Manager:

  • Working with closely with tier 1 brands on multi-million pound clients to develop a strong relationship and consultative strategic advice
  • Managing the Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for tier 1 clients
  • Support the exec below you in their learning and development
  • Work with third party technologies and media providers and develop new technology partnerships to drive performance
  • Develop best practices, processes and services to support clients and the business
  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising
  • Provide guidance a support across the team and wider business

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Paid Search managing multi-million £ budgets per year
  • Must have experience with Search Ads 360 and Google Script - coding is a bonus!
  • Experience in running smaller Paid Social campaigns
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in managing or developing someone
  • Excellent account management, analytical and data-driven skills and keen commercial acumen
  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in, technology-enabled advertising
  • Able to work in a fast paced, pressured working environment with an ambitions and innovative team
  • Have a tenacious attitude towards self-development and learning new skills
  • Be a clear and assertive communicator with great interpersonal skills
