A top agency is looking for an experienced Business Director to join their performance planning team who excels at drive digital performance strategy and planning that will engage and excite clients.

The Role:

• Contribute and develop to strategic growth and commercial success

• Develop and lead innovative data driven strategies across programmatic

• Lead, maintain and grow client relationships whilst driving a client first approach that delivers excellence in account management

• Motivate and develop a team of specialists

• Drive best practice throughout the wider digital specialist teams

• Support the new business process as required via Marketing, PR and Pitching

• Push boundaries with new ideas and trends to drive genuine innovations for the agency and clients

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Programmatic at a strategic level, from an agency

• Experienced people manager who can lead, inspire, develop and motivate a team of Managers and Execs

• Knowledge and experience of the latest industry tools and technologies

• Passion for and wide understanding of all aspects of digital media
