What the Role Involves:

  • Managing the planning, setup and delivery of high-performance programmatic campaigns
  • Optimising campaign execution across products to maximise performance and margins
  • Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, report, and enhance campaign delivery
  • Using verification, tracking, and DSP tools to ensure campaign excellence
  • Acting as the primary contact on campaign performance for internal commercial and customer success teams
  • Supporting best practices in campaign management and continuously improving internal workflows
  • Contributing to onboarding of new media partners and ensuring high compliance standards across all activity
  • Helping launch and scale new ad products or formats, from first campaign to workflow rollout

 

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management
  • Hands-on familiarity with major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr) and campaign tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform strategy
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
  • 1+ year managing or mentoring others, with a passion for team development
  • A keen interest in digital trends and a curious approach to new tools and ideas
