Client Success Manager - Mobile Data Platform - £40k + Bonus + Benefits

 

This company is truly global with over 15 offices across the globe that are well placed to navigate the recent changes and developments in advertising and targeting. Due to growth throughout the pandemic and internal promotions, they are looking for a Client Success Manager to join their team in London.

The role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients/ agency
  • Managing the campaign cycle from onboarding through to reporting and analysis
  • Advise clients on how campaigns can improve in relation to the clients KPI's
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales and Ad Ops to increase campaign results and retention
  • Proactively identifying new initiatives and tools to increase client excellence

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Min.1.5 years experience in digital advertising (ideally in ad tech)
  • Strong Microsoft office skills for reporting and presenting findings
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
