Why this role
This senior, strategic role is the “head of proposition” for a major retailer building an in-house retail media capability. You will own the commercial product, partnership strategy and the roadmap that turns retail reach into repeatable monetisation.
Responsibilities

Define and own the retail media proposition across endemic & non-endemic partnerships.

Develop the 12–24 month commercial roadmap and prioritise product & GTM initiatives.

Build frameworks for pricing, packaging, and measurement; present to C-suite and suppliers.

Identify & pilot third-party partnership opportunities (travel partners, transport, agency partners).

Lead cross-functional projects to elevate key campaigns & NPD launches.
