Why this role
This senior, strategic role is the “head of proposition” for a major retailer building an in-house retail media capability. You will own the commercial product, partnership strategy and the roadmap that turns retail reach into repeatable monetisation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the retail media proposition across endemic & non-endemic partnerships.

  • Develop the 12–24 month commercial roadmap and prioritise product & GTM initiatives.

  • Build frameworks for pricing, packaging, and measurement; present to C-suite and suppliers.

  • Identify & pilot third-party partnership opportunities (travel partners, transport, agency partners).

  • Lead cross-functional projects to elevate key campaigns & NPD launches.

90-day impact

  • Deliver a 30/60/90 strategic roadmap and present quick-win partnership concepts.

  • Create the measurement framework and first commercial propositions for test & scale.

Must-have

  • Deep retail media expertise (agency or retailer RMN background).

  • Strong commercial understanding and stakeholder influence.

  • Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional programs.
