Our client is a high-growth, award-winning consumer brand reshaping the future of personal care through sustainability, innovation, and beautiful design. Following a successful launch in 2022, they’ve scaled rapidly across D2C, Amazon and other retail partners. Backed by a strong mission and loyal customer base, they’re now looking to build out their creative team.

The Opportunity

Join a purpose-led business challenging convention in the health and wellness space.
Own and produce high-performing video content across TikTok, Instagram, and paid social.
Help shape the brand's voice and presence through fast, iterative, visually compelling storytelling.
Be part of a collaborative and ambitious team redefining daily rituals for the better.

Responsibilities

Creative Ownership

  • Develop original, platform-native video content for both paid and organic channels.

  • Concept, film, and edit short-form videos that reflect and push forward the brand's aesthetic.

  • Stay plugged into content trends and apply insights to maximise engagement across social platforms.

Tactical Delivery

  • Rapidly produce and iterate video hooks and content variants for testing and optimisation.

  • Operate from a well-equipped home setup and contribute to building an in-house studio environment.

  • Appear on camera when needed (hands, voice, or cameo-level), and experiment with different creative formats (Super 8, camcorder, iPhone, DSLR, etc.).

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner closely with growth and brand teams to align creative with campaign objectives.

  • Use performance data to inform creative direction and evolve output.

  • Contribute to a test-and-learn culture that prioritises speed, curiosity, and creative ambition.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience creating video-first content optimised for social platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).

  • Strong editing and production skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).

  • Confident shooting and editing from your own kit – lighting, audio, and camera ready.

  • Deep awareness of current social trends, digital aesthetics, and what makes content go viral.

  • Highly organised, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple projects end-to-end.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in direct response or e-commerce marketing environments.

  • Background in personal care, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories.

  • A willingness to test new formats and appear on screen where appropriate.
