We are working in exclusive partnership & are being retained by one of the world’s favourite & must have apps within the food & drink industry. An app with proprietary image recognition technology that delivers consumers ratings, reviews & average pricing on products instantly!

 

The Opportunity:

Founded in just 2010, they are a genuine tech start-up success story based out of San Francisco, California! Achieving exponential global growth in the last 10 years, with over 10 million app users & 500,000 daily users. Raising over £155m Series D funding, they are entering their next round of growth & are building a new London function to oversee 12+ markets. They are looking for global expansion, but want to protect the brand & do it right! This is a passionate & mission drive brand, who prioritises culture and D&I.

 

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Head of CRM, you will lead CRM marketing strategy across Europe & ROW, over half of the brands commerce markets. You can work out of the London office or remotely from anywhere in Europe:

  • Achieving European CRM performance goals, focused on both user base growth and commercial targets
  • Implementation of the CRM strategy in Europe & significant contribution to the Global strategy
  • Localisation of execution by European market to ensure optimal performance
  • Building multi channel customer journeys (web, app, email, push, DM, performance)
  • Roll out triggered campaigns in all markets
  • Drive personalisation and the adoption of automation technology
  • Build a test and learn culture throughout the team to continually optimise

 

Your Profile:

  • 6+ years experience in a CRM role
  • Team management & leadership experience is essential
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to gain buy in from a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly interpret data and understand customer behaviour
  • Strong knowledge of the capabilities of CRM systems and best use cases
  • A love for process and structure, but also able to be flexible when needed
  • Able to work with technical teams and has basic understanding of technical set-ups
