I am working in exclusive partnership with a well known VC on one of their latest & most exciting investments. This rapidly growing market place start-up are making big noise in the industry with their unique business model & impressive leadership team.

 

The Opportunity:

With £6.5 million seed funding, this UK based tech start-up is entering is next round of growth. Founded in just 2020, they have already grown to a team of 22 strong & scaling quickly. The maturity & experience of this leadership team are in a different league to your typical start-up. Boasting a track record starting, scaling & exiting the likes of Farfetch & King. This will be a step learning curve, with huge upside potential. A very fast paced & forward-thinking business, with plans to build a highly sophisticated digital/growth marketing engine. A mission focused brand, who is passionate about inclusivity & culture – they are walking the walk on this as evidenced by their cap table & their team.

 

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for a core strategic component of our customer value proposition. No two days will be the same as you work across the business:

  • Working with the leadership team to design and deliver a world class customer experience
  • Work with cutting edge technology and tools to build out best in class automated programs and customer touchpoints (on site, in app, through email and push)
  • Managing the CRM strategy and execution across all channels
  • Developing the segmentation strategy to deliver more targeted and personalised digital marketing communications
  • Producing detailed analysis, defining, managing and reporting on KPIs to evaluate performance, advocating customer-centric decision making

 

Your Profile:

  • Superb commercial acumen
  • Prior experience in an ecommerce environment, likely in a technical data driven CRM role
  • Experience developing and delivering successful CRM campaigns
  • Experience in manipulating data through advanced quantitative methods: data models, statistics.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms is desirable
  • A strong work ethic, a humble attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
