I am working in partnership on a fantastic new CRM Manager  opportunity with a fast-growing company who are hitting new heights month after month. They are widely respected in the property sector and are on course for another great year after identifying further growth in their marketing team.

The opportunity:

The Role:

  • Shape, define and lead the newly created CRM role within the company.

  • Employ customer data to create detailed journey maps and enrich customer experiences.

  • Develop and implement sophisticated CRM strategies that align with business and customer needs.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize CRM performance, adapting to evolving customer needs

  • Foster a team-oriented environment, encouraging innovation and collaborative with the wider team.

  • Lead and advocate for CRM across the business, becoming the go-to expert for stakeholders.


Skills Required:

  • 4 + Years across CRM Channel

  • Experienced using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Comfortable creating Content to be included In Email campaigns.

  • Strong work ethic, willing to go above & beyond.

  • Good communicator
