CRM Manager - Leading Sports Travel Provider - London (Hybrid)

Pivotal are proud to be working with a market-leading provider of sports travel and hospitality packages in order to recruit a CRM Manager for their London office.

Role Description

The individual in this role will have the responsibility of handling routine data management duties, such as overseeing and upkeeping the CRM, conducting data analysis, market segmentation, supervising data entry procedures, ensuring data quality, and maintaining data accuracy.

Key Skills

• Demonstrated experience in CRM and data administration with experience in Saesforce .
• Thorough grasp of CRM and Marketing Automation software, databases, and principles of data management.
• Robust analytical aptitude for interpreting intricate data and formulating practical insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and hands-on experience in implementing optimal data privacy procedures.
• Capability to devise and execute CRM strategies for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and fostering business growth.
• Effective project management competencies in rapidly changing settings
