Customer Experience (CRM) Manager - Tech Start-up

£40k-£60K + Equity + Benefits

 A new delivery tech platform is looking for exceptional CRM professionals to retain and grow their customer base as they expand into European markets.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Retention, you will be tasked with developing & executing strategies that delight, retain and grow their customer base 

  • Design & deliver strategies that grow value for their customer base
  • Deliver campaigns online (email, sms, push, in app) & offline (in order, DM) that are relevant to customers
  • Work with wider team to ensure a seamless experience for customers, across user journeys & lifecycle
  • Hypothesise, test & scale campaigns & initiatives, in terms of both process and performance
  • Monitor KPIs and results and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Champion customer experience to the wider business 
  • Leverage customer insight and data to deliver impactful programs & initiatives

 

Skills Required: 

  • The ideal candidate should have a CRM background with 3+ years experience in delivering exceptional customer experience programs, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Hands on and experienced in building out customer experience programs from scratch
  • Ability to work cross functionally to drive and deliver CX projects & initiatives
  • Experience with Braze preferred
  • You are autonomous, proactive and capable of unblocking complex situations
  • Data driven and comfortable using data to help define strategy and understand performance
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering experiences that adhere to our brand identity and that engage our customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
