Market leading creative ad management platform Significant opportunities to progress and develop within the company EMEA Role Joining a highly successful Client Services team The Role: The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing clients in France with their daily needs and helping them to maximise the self-serve platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful planning, creation, trafficking and analysis of cross-screen HTML5 campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include: Ensuring clients are trained to deliver mobile and cross-screen HTML5 campaigns Keep clients up-to-date with new product developments. Manage day-to-day interaction with clients Regular communication across your clients’ teams Assist clients with campaign questions and guidance on campaign launch process Produce ad hoc reports and analysis Skills & Experience Fluent in French Excellent Client Servicing skills within the digital media space Excellent customer facing and analysis skills Experience working closely with or within agencies Minimum 4+ years Client Services experience in an advertising technology company, media agency or publisher Highly organised and analytical personality BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement Basic understanding of HTML5 Experience of mobile ad trafficking Familiar with ad serving platforms such as DFA, MediaMind and Atlas How do I apply?
