The Opportunity:

  • World-leading ad management platform operating across multiple performance marketing channels.

  • The platform is specifically designed to reach higher value customers, accelerating the social advertising offering for their most well-established clients, including Volkswagen, American Express and Bing.

  • This role sits within the highest performing global team: the London office.

  • Currently launching an advanced consolidatory platform for ad optimisation.

  • Boasts a proud and effective training and development structure, beginning at intern level.

 

The Role:

  • Look after high-profile clients, offering advice, support and training to ensure the greatest of client experiences.

  • You'll advise, guide and help build the full social strategy for key clients; prioritising the use of the platform as the main driver for their success.

  • The Customer Success Manager will be dealing with day-to-day users of the platform and building bespoke social campaign services across Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.

  • You’ll have a high level of autonomy from the outset and will be empowered to make the role your own.

 

The Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' client facing experience preferably in a SaaS business

  • High-level of strategic thinking and creative solutions skills

  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

  • A can-do and analytical attitude

  • Passion for all things MarTech!
