The Role
The Data Analyst will play a vital role in constructing data products primarily with a commercial focus to implement strategic changes to the businesses.
Main responsibilities include:
- Through analysis, provide insight and customer segmentation that will support the strategy of the business
- Understanding the audience of the site to drive interaction and engagement
- Communicating solutions with Senior Stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing and editorial to create and drive plans for new revenue opportunity areas
- Recognise strategic opportunities to increase customer loyalty and improve database interaction.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in delivering insight to customer data
- A passion for advanced complex problems with a pragmatic approach
- Degree level or higher in computer science or a related subject
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
