Do you love YouTube and video streaming? Are you interested in the algorithms and technology behind your favourite channels? One of the world’s largest Multi Channel Networks is looking to bring on a Data Scientist to join their ground breaking team.
This industry leader manages and creates content on platforms such as YouTube, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Twitch, and Instagram, generating 3 billion views per month across YouTube alone.
Their Data Science team works with all areas of the business to solve business problems, using analysis and Machine Learning models to deliver insights or power new tools. You will also have the opportunity to work with their exciting new Machine Vision models.
You will be at the forefront of this:
- Reporting directly to the Head of Data Science
- Becoming an expert on YouTube’s ever changing algorithms
- Carrying out and managing A/B testing
- Training Machine Learning models
- Presenting your insight to various internal and external stakeholders
You will have:
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- A passion for media and video
- An interest in Machine Learning and Machine Vision
- Proven experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
- Experience with Tableau, Google Cloud platform and experience working with APIs preferable
