Salary – £28,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hybrid – 3 days in office | Dorking, Surrey HQ

Brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and confident sales professional to join a growing B2B media and events business, focused on ultra-niche, ultra-premium markets including private jets, superyachts and helicopters.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the phone, loves speaking with senior decision-makers, and wants to play a key role in launching and growing world-class industry events. You'll join a lively, collaborative team with the opportunity to travel internationally, earn uncapped commission, and progress your career in a business that celebrates both individual success and team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Sell delegate places to both new and existing clients across high-profile B2B events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads and convert interest into bookings
  • Support the launch of new events and enter new verticals
  • Attend international events, networking with senior delegates and representing the brand
  • Maintain accurate sales records using the internal CRM
  • Provide hands-on support with live event delivery

Experience

  • Previous experience in delegate sales or a similar B2B events sales role
  • Proven ability to work to targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Passion for speaking with people and delivering great experiences
