The Opportunity:

Due to huge demand this agency is in high growth mode & building out new functions. Reporting to the MD, they are looking for an ambitious senior leader to help take the agency to the next level. With an established list of well known B2B technology clients, they are already delivering campaigns across 90 countries & 40 languages. Proving you will have the ability to make an impact quickly! This is a close knit & collaborative team, who are passionate about what they do.

 

The Role:

You will oversee a hybrid team across Paid Media, Social Media, Email Marketing, Web, Account Based Marketing & more. Nurturing existing accounts & clients, but also creating compelling new marketing strategies that are underpinned by data to up sell & generate new revenue streams within the agency:

  • Build and deliver marketing programs that generate measurable outcomes for clients – across paid media, social media, email marketing, web, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and more.
  • Be an inspirational leader who motivates the team, leading from the front.
  • Maintain a compelling demand generation methodology and product set through the agency
  • Play a leading role in new business acquisition – proactively engaging new contacts at target organizations and supporting opportunities with existing clients across multiple markets
  • Develop long-term, productive relationships with senior decision makers in clients and prospect organizations – communicating as a peer with CXO, VP, and Director level contacts.

 

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience within a B2B marketing environment
  • Proven leadership & team management experience
  • Ability to make the complex simple – high level strategic understanding & expertise across the entire marketing funnel
  • A curious mind and a desire to learn and develop in your career
  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality
  • Commercially minded and with the ability to prioritise tasks
