Our client is an independent performance agency with an enviable mix of ecommerce and lead-gen clients across automotive, FMCG, and tech. Based in Somerset House, they’re known for marrying technical rigour with a down-to-earth, collaborative culture.
They’re now hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their growing data team. The role is hands-on and client-facing — ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into commercial insight, and who thrives in a fast-moving, independent agency environment.
The Opportunity

Responsibilities

Build dashboards using Looker Studio and support GA4 configuration

Use SQL and BigQuery to analyse performance and uncover actionable insights

Own tracking implementation (e.g. GTM event tagging and conversion set-up)

Advise on digital attribution, optimisation, and channel performance

Respond to ad hoc client questions around analytics, measurement, and reporting
Your Profile
-
2–3 years’ experience in a marketing analytics or digital data role

Strong SQL and Google Analytics skills, with good grasp of GTM and Looker Studio

Able to explain technical insights in clear, practical terms

Comfortable working across multiple clients and industries

Enthusiastic about growing your skills in a friendly, independent environment
