The technology has made such an impact that Clients are now starting to approach them directly!


The Role:

As an experienced & entrepreneurial B2B digital marketing specialist, you will be working with the CMO & VP of Marketing to develop their performance function and make it in to a key driver for growth within the business:

  • Run global paid digital marketing campaigns to drive demand gen and acquisitions 

  • Crea​te and deliver compelling lead generation, lead nurture and brand awareness campaigns across a variety of channels (SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting Programmatic, Display, SEO, ECRM)

  • Run customer lifecycle, CRM, drip campaigns to increase customer retention rate, upsell and loyalty

  • Set up marketing automation campaigns for lead generation, and existing customers retention 

  • Ensure all digital activity and lead generation is recorded in and distributed to the respective Sales representative through CRM systems​ (SalesFOrce & HubSpot) 

  • Grow marketing-qualified leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and demand generation campaigns 


Skills required:

  • An expert in digit marketing, performance marketing & paid media

  • A track record in sales pipeline creation through lead generation programmes

  • Demand generation/CRM/marketing automation tools experience

  • Knowledge of SEO & SEM best practise

  • Innovative & creative thinker with the ability to initiate & manage own projects

  • Team player – organising & managing multiple stakeholder relationships
