Salary £45-55k


Ready to spearhead the digital revolution? Join our dynamic client as a Digital Media Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in steering the Programmatic and Paid Social strategies for one of the largest FCMG companies in the world!


This is a multi-channel opportunity where you will be strategizing and activating Programmatic and Paid Social. However you will also have exposure to the broader channel mix such as retail media and search. This opportunity has a rapidly evolving internal strategy that will progress more into retail media and e-commerce in the next 6 months, as well as across full funnel brand and performance campaigns.

As a key player, you will:

  • Collaborate with in-market campaign managers and media teams to craft compelling digital plans that drive unparalleled success.
  • Take charge of campaign activation with our agency partner, ensuring adherence to in-platform and global best practices.
  • Own the in-flight campaign management, tirelessly optimizing and perpetually seeking opportunities for enhanced performance.
  • Cultivate expertise in programmatic and emerging social trends, becoming a true subject matter expert.
  • Assist the data and analytics team by providing performance insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the campaign manager and analyst across social channels for smooth cross-channel planning and activation.


About You:

  • We're seeking an ambitious, proactive, and inquisitive individual with at least 4 to 5 years of a combination of programmatic/ search/ social/ retail media (Amazon/ Criteo).
  • You thrive in organization, interpret data with ease, and can work independently or collaboratively within a team that values a strong work ethos.
  • Excel skills are your second nature, and you're comfortable navigating through extensive datasets.
  • Experience with programmatic media marketing and campaign management with paid social ads (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads, etc.) would be the ideal mix.
  • Digital roles working alongside Account Executives, Account Managers, or Programmatic Traders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers. You can analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, crucial for building and nurturing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage campaign volumes efficiently.
  • Candidates must have a basic knowledge of or demonstrate a commitment to mastering Paid Social if they don’t have in platform experience.
  • Candidates need both hands-on experience and strong stakeholder management.


The Good Stuff:

  • Salary £45-55k
  • Hybrid Working – 2 days per week from our FMCG clients’ office in Slough
