Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- 7-10+ years of proven track record in e-commerce, business operations, or strategy roles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Passion for technology, e-commerce, and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
