An extremely unique & exciting opportunity for a senior CRM expert to transform the department of a very well known high growth scale-up. This Global CRM Director will create a captivating and inspirational vision for developing a highly sophisticated CRM programme. This brand’s CRM division is at an exciting stage of its journey as it brings in house their global CRM function.

 

The Company:

Founded less than 10 years ago, following an astonishing amount of investment, this business has gone global very quickly. Completely disrupting the market within their sector, as an extremely fast paced & forward-thinking company. The CRM team are experiencing huge growth and are looking for a Global CRM Director to oversee the whole division!

 

The Role:

This Global CRM Director will report into a VP and have the huge task of leading their fast-growing CRM function.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Build a strategic vision for CRM across multiple channels such as email, in-app, text and push notifications
  • Full responsibility for retention through automated lifecycle communications, growing consumer engagement, initiating different types of engagement campaigns.
  • Managing a wider team of 18, with Senior CRM Specialists reporting into you
  • Guarantee CRM performance is measured vigorously
  • Work with finance to on incentive budgets and ROI
  • Act as the CRM Ambassador across the business
  • As the CRM function is brought in house from the global agencies, ensure your team introduces best practices which are adhered to

 

Skills Required:

  • A successful track record of creating a CRM vision for recognised brand.
  • Proven experience working on international and cross function campaigns
  • A strong understanding of CRM technology and processes
  • Enjoys stakeholder engagement and team management
  • Would be excited about working in a fast paced, demanding environment
