Global Programmatic Manager - Media Agency

Our client is a specialist global programmatic team within a multi-award winning media agency group. With huge recent account wins in 2017 and 2018, they are building up their programmatic, data, technology and operations teams. The Role

  • Support global markets in delivering on global programmatic strategies

  • Work with clients to update on local market programmatic activities

  • Manage annual planning process, ensuring timely delivery and tracking against plans along with support in overcoming local market challenges

  • Drive best practice adoption around audience planning, campaign management & optimisation

  • Ensure local teams are delivering on annual plans and global strategy 

  • Work and collaborate with internal teams, external clients and vendor partners 


Experience Required

This role is essentially a Senior Programmatic Manager role, where our client are looking for an individual with 4+ years experience. It is likely this individual has experience from an agency in a programmatic planning/strategy role, but is equally happy getting into the detail of explaining to a client how a DSP works and how optimisation strategies are being executed.

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ digital media experience

  • 2+ years in the programmatic space

  • Either a background in client services, ad operations or programmatic trading

  • Well versed with DMP, DSP, SSP technologies

  • Comprehensive knowledge and defined expertise in programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management and optimization techniques  

  • Experience working with global markets would be beneficial

  • Excellent verbal and written skills 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented 


Remuneration is £45-55k Basic Salary
