B2B SaaS – Start up

Salary up to 120k + equity

Pivotal are proud to be working exclusively with a series A B2B/SaaS platform business that operate in the experience and entertainment sector. Backed by some major VC’s they are looking to scale their ARR and gear up for a Series B later this year to fuel further international growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the founders, this is a brand new position in the leadership function. Marketing is seen as the key growth lever in the long term strategy and you would play a key role getting them on track for profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to strategise and execute growth plans. 
  • Establish and optimise a scalable demand generation model from scratch.
  • Integrate account-based marketing tactics to engage and convert high-value accounts.
  • Conduct ongoing creative experiments to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilise data analysis to inform all growth strategies, including shortening sales cycles and refining product features based on customer feedback.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in B2B growth / performance marketing related roles in a SaaS start-up environment (essential)
  • Previous experience scaling up a business from Series A to Series B
  • Curiosity and passion about all things lead acquisition, growth and account based marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sense of data
  • Highly comfortable with tools and technologies - e.g. hubspot, mailchimp, and analytics platforms including GA and FB Business Manager
  • Experimental at heart; embracing failure to use results and draw on actionable conclusions
  • You are highly empathetic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
