The Role:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and success. Here's what you'll be doing:

-Lead Paid Media Campaigns: Take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snap, and TikTok.

-Creative Asset Ownership: Manage creative assets, run the creative process, and brief creatives to develop innovative campaigns.

-Testing and Optimization: Develop and test creative ideas to ensure they resonate with our audience and drive results.

-Collaborative Environment: Thrive in a collaborative environment, bouncing ideas off colleagues and exploring new marketing frontiers together.

 

Let's Talk About You:

Are you:

-A Marketing Whiz: Do you love crafting creative campaigns and diving into data to drive results? Are you ready to lead the charge on paid social channels (Meta, TikTok and Snap) and Google Ads?

-A Creative Genius: Can you own creative assets, run the creative process, and develop and test innovative ideas that resonate with their audience?

-Ready for a Challenge: Are you excited to take on a dynamic role where experimentation is encouraged, and your ideas can make a real difference?

-In-house experience within D2C brands/ start-ups will be especially valued for this role! However if you have strong experience of working within an independent agency on retail/ e-commerce/ D2C brands, please do apply!
