Given the Covid-19 shift to online ecommerce & people staying at home more, this brand has achieved explosive growth this year & smashed all targets! They are now looking to stay on the same trajectory in 201 & scaling the team across multiple functions.
The opportunity:
We are working in exclusive partnership with a challenger brand that is making a big name for itself in the alcoholic beverage industry. Ordering in & having a tipple at home has become the new norm, allowing their DTC business model to blow up. They are now looking for new Growth Manager to help take the business to the next level. You will lead & own Acquisition & Retention marketing plans to deliver business growth.
The Role:
- Plan and execute lifecycle digital marketing strategy from acquisition to retention, with overall responsibility for ROI of digital marketing channels
- Plan, deliver and scale digital campaigns alongside a paid social & paid search agencies
- Build and develop a segmented & personalised email marketing strategy in their CRM platform.
- Work with wider marketing team to ensure that the brand is represented across each of our key digital touchpoints
- Build the brand community and email database.
- Design, implement and measure a roadmap of website conversion rate optimisation activities. Working with our web & ecommerce agency to transform the website into a high conversion, digital brand destination
- Manage a data-driven growth experiment framework, continuously optimising channel performance through test and learn activities.
- Explore, test and scale new digital channels at the earliest opportunity
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of cross channel digital marketing experience
- Proven experience running campaigns across the customer lifecycle (Facebook, Google, CRM)
- Experience working at a high growth ecommerce business
- Not afraid to think big - comfortable challenging and breaking the norm to lead, not be led
- Demonstrated experience of significant website conversion improvement through growth tactics and CRO
- Real people person - comfortable working with a variety of agencies + team members
- Highly analytical thinker and creative problem solver - extremely comfortable working with data and proven experience with Google Analytics
- Incredibly organised and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
