The Opportunity:
- Lead growth in a pivotal category, moulding it according to your strategic vision.
- Manage substantial budgets and champion your growth initiatives to achieve ambitious targets.
- Unlock new channels and platforms, innovating within the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of project performance, meticulously analysing data, crafting and executing tests, and optimizing relentlessly.
- Innovate test ideas across various channels – landing pages, creative, ad copy, bid strategies, pricing, and more.
- Forecast spend and acquisition volume in your domain.
- Manage budgets to optimize ROI while meeting KPIs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates, sharing insights across the team.
- Collaborate across teams to understand customer behaviours and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Foster relationships with industry giants (Meta, TikTok, Google) to enhance campaigns.
- Craft performance creative briefs for paid social channels.
- Pioneer uncharted channels for growth.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on Paid Social and/or SEM.
- Profound understanding of diverse digital marketing channels and their synergy.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous learning.
- A balance of structured methodology and dynamic problem-solving.
- Inquisitive nature, a fearless challenger of the status quo.
- Stellar communicator and collaborative team player.
- Highly analytical, deriving actionable insights from data.
- Self-driven, ready to take initiative and lead projects.
- Ambitious and eager to learn, thriving in a rapidly expanding business.
