About the role
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading independent London media agency to appoint a Head of Biddable on an initial 3-month contract, with potential to move into a permanent position.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of senior specialists across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and Commerce. You’ll be responsible for defining the strategic direction of biddable media at the agency — blending performance, creativity, and innovation across major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging generative media environments.
You’ll partner closely with internal creative and strategy teams, as well as clients and platform reps, to deliver culturally relevant, creatively ambitious and commercially impactful campaigns.
Key reponsibilites

Lead a cross-discipline team of biddable media specialists, including two Biddable Directors

Define and elevate platform best practices across activation, creative, and measurement

Integrate tightly with creative teams to ensure platform-first creative excellence

Build playbooks, frameworks, and feedback loops to drive innovation and consistency

Contribute to client growth, new business, and platform partnership development

Shape the long-term vision of biddable as a key creative and strategic offering within the agency
About you
We’re looking for a senior biddable leader who blends platform fluency with creative thinking. You’ll bring experience leading multi-channel digital teams, crafting innovative campaign strategies, and partnering across creative and strategy disciplines.
Essential Experience:

Proven leadership across Paid Social, Search and/or Commerce Media

Strong client and stakeholder management experience

Demonstrated ability to deliver culturally relevant, high-performing campaigns

Familiarity with platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon

Experience working within or alongside creative teams to build platform-first work

Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
