A founder-led Performance Marketing Agency set up by former Google and Facebook experts, specialising in scaling cutting edge eCommerce & D2C brands such as Huel, Depop, Ted Baker, Finisterre and ME+EM.
Since launching in 2017, they have become one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the UK and have doubled in size every year.
Having built up an unrivaled reputation in paid social, the business is now launching a managed service for email marketing. As the industry becomes more focused on privacy, first-party data is more important than ever. Combine this with creative and tactical synergies between email and paid social, there is a huge opportunity to elevate clients’ retention strategies.
The Role:
This is a huge opportunity for a commercially savvy and ambitious up-and-coming email marketing professional to break out of the usual CRM career path and play a key role in the launch and
growth of a new business unit in one of the UK’s fastest-growing specialist agencies:

Work with the CEO to develop our go-to-market email proposition

Over time develop the proposition to encompass CRM and loyalty beyond just email

Support with the selling in of the proposition to existing and new clients

Deliver best-in-class email campaigns, including initial flow and campaign setup as well as ongoing testing and optimisation

Assist with the design and recruitment of the email/CRM team as we grow
Your profile

Proficiency in the use of Klaviyo to drive best-in-class email marketing campaigns

Knowledge of the CRM space in general including other software providers
-
Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent business acumen, commercial awareness and strategic thinking

Ability to contribute to the sales process including pitches

Ability to communicate and work with multiple areas of the organisation including the Founders, Marketing, Sales and Account Management
