Given the Covid-19 shift to online ecommerce & people staying at home more, this brand have achieved explosive growth this year & smashed all targets! They are now looking to stay on the same trajectory in 201 & scaling the team across multiple functions.

 

The opportunity:

Following a successful pitch on Dragons Den, this brand has gone from strength to strength. Becoming a top 10 UK start-up & one of the biggest subscription businesses in the country. They are now looking for new Head of Growth to help take the business to the next level. You will lead & own Acquisition, Retention & Loyalty marketing plans to delivery growth across different lines of business (DTC/Subs):

 

The Role:

  • You will own & devise the acquisition and reactivation strategies. Own the promotional plan to deliver acquisition & revenue growth targets. 
  • Lead on all digital and direct channel activity. Set targets, optimisation goals and clear KPI reporting. Work with the Head of Brand & Communications to better integrate offline/earned activity in campaign plans.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of traffic and direct response campaigns with clear CPV/CPA targets.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of reactivation and retention campaigns to reduce churn and maximise lifetime value.
  • Working with the Ecommerce team, develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns to drive traffic, new customer acquisition and orders on our online shop. 
  • Work with our UX, Tech and Data teams to deliver user experience improvements, CRO as well as better targeting, reporting and analytics capabilities. 
  • Manage and grow a team of channel leads. Manage external agency partners where relevant.


Skills Required:

  • Extensive D2C customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses.
  • In-depth understanding of paid social media and performance marketing channels
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Work cross functionally with data, web, product & creative
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a subscription-led brand is a plus.
