This product is defining a category and now it needs a Head of Growth to help scale it globally. With over 15 million users and $30m+ in revenue, this profitable, product-led business is on track to become a global household name. Backed by Y Combinator and with a team of 150+, they're searching for a Head of Growth to build a true data-driven growth machine — across 4 global regions, 15+ languages, and a $600k+ monthly marketing budget which they are looking to scale. Their app is live in 190+ countries and 15 languages. With offices in London and teams across Europe, MENA, South Asia and North America. This is a chance to shape the strategy, team, and execution behind that next phase. The role: Own and scale global growth You’ll lead a 40-person function spanning performance marketing, regional growth teams, creative strategy and brand. Your remit covers all key markets - Europe, MENA, North America and South Asia - with deep local teams and a clear growth model already in place. Key responsibilities: Own and optimise an 8-figure growth budget Lead and mentor teams across performance, regional growth, and creative strategy Scale paid performance across Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok and beyond Build in-channel and cross-market experimentation roadmaps Drive accountability and optimisation across four regional teams Collaborate closely with in-house data, creative, and marketing analysts Champion innovation across SEO, ASO, OOH, influencer, and IRL brand campaigns Constantly review and improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI and market-level performance Influence company strategy — this role reports directly to the CEO What they’re looking for: This isn’t a role for a hands-off exec — you’ll be strategic and commercially strong, but also close enough to the detail to guide and challenge. You'll ideally bring both app-native growth experience and international brand marketing knowledge.
