The Opportunity

Shape the Paid Social strategy and channel direction for a best-in-class performance agency

Join the senior leadership team and report into the COO

Build, mentor and scale a high-performing Paid Social team

Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Data, Sales, and Product
-
Influence the development of proprietary tech that gives the agency a market edge
Responsibilities
-
Lead Paid Social strategy, innovation and channel best practice

Drive automation and tech adoption across the channel

Oversee team hiring, development and mentorship
-
Act as strategic consultant to ecommerce and retail clients
-
Own relationships with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest)

Represent the agency externally via pitches, panels and events
Your Profile
-
Extensive Paid Social experience (agency or in-house ecommerce/retail)
-
Proven team leadership and mentorship credentials
-
Sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking
-
Excellent stakeholder management (incl. C-suite and founders)
-
Strong grasp of industry trends, automation, and analytics
-
Motivated by growth, innovation and developing others
