Head of Programmatic - Global Football Publisher

Salary up to £75k + Benefits and Private Healthcare

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Programmatic to join a truly global sports publisher with their UK team based in Soho, London.

The Opportunity

This company are masters in sports content with hugely popular global brands, over 250 member of staff in 16 countries and global audiences of over 400m.

Their main content is driven by editorial football content but also short-form social content across video and audio. They were recently acquired by a private equity firm and subsequently are going through a huge period of growth.


The Role

As the Head of Programmatic you will:

  • Own the programmatic yield strategy, all related partnerships and development of new yield solutions
  • Managing a team of 8 across Ad Ops and Campaign Management across London, Mexico and EMEA
  • Build and oversee revenue management and optimisations across Display, Video and Mobile


Your Profile:

  • 5 years + in a Programmatic landscape across Publisher, Agency or Tech Vendor
  • Experience of yield management or a managed programmatic ad stack
  • Strong leadership experience to drive a team
