To support their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead, build, and inspire a high-performing, outbound-focused sales team.

 

Your Role:

 

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive 30–40% revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a diverse 7-person team of Sales Managers and SDRs, fostering a strong performance culture.
  • Outbound Sales Focus: Drive successful outbound strategies to penetrate new market segments.
  • Go-to-Market Innovation: Shape the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and help refine customer targeting strategies.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Combine strategic oversight with active involvement in sales processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and management to align on go-to-market activities.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in building and scaling teams within a startup or scale-up environment
  • Expertise in shorter sales cycles (2–6 weeks) and SME customer acquisition
  • Industry experience in data security, information security, compliance, or adjacent sectors is highly desirable
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and mentoring
  • Fluent in German and comfortable working from the Munich office 2–3 days a week

  • Salary: €150K–€180K OTE (flexible up to €200K for exceptional candidates)
  • Contract: Permanent
