The Opportunity:
With over £120 million series C funding, this EU based start-up is kick starting its next round of growth. Founder just 5 years ago, they have already scaled to nearly 200 people operate across multiple markets – with plenty more to come! You will be part of an agile, fast paced & forward thinking, data driven tech company. With huge amounts of resource available across media, marketing, engineering & analytics. They have plans to build a highly sophisticated growth marketing department.
The Role:
Working alongside the Global VP of Growth, you will establish & lead the development full funnel marketing plans with an emphasis on performance/digital marketing:
- Own and Deliver the full funnel marketing plan for all markets
- Hire and Build best in class marketing team
- Lead and manage all marketing activities for a period of hyper-growth; define the overall marketing plan and budget in partnership with the leadership team
- Attract new customers via performance and brand marketing in a sustainable and data driven approach, working with internal teams and external agencies
- Improve Brand Awareness, Consideration and other brand metrics
- Deepen the metrics-driven ROI approach to marketing without sacrificing positioning, brand or investment
- Optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Payback Period, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) strategies
- Drive improved efficiencies of appropriate technologies for marketing automation, analysis and reporting
- Work with marketing agencies to buy media optimally
Your Profile:
- Proven track record implementing marketing programmes with a high growth B2C business scaling internationally
- Deep understanding with market place dynamics & scaling brands through community building across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical & data driven decision making capability
- Can bring metrics, data & performance driven approach to strategies
- Prior experience blending expertise in brand development with digital & offline methods, channels & tech
- Solid agency management experience & knowledge across the media landscape
