Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Marketing and Sales, as the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the digital marketing team in driving client acquisition across PPC, paid social and affiliate channels.

 This firm have been growing exponentially for the past five years and are currently searching for a talented individual to join their business team, an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

The Role

  • Driving client acquisition by designing and executing an effective marketing strategy, through both offline and online (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic, Display, etc.) channels.
  • Designing and creating single and multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Managing relationships with multiple agencies to implement marketing initiatives on time and in line with budgets.
  • Working with the data insights team to react to campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis; offering insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting brand management and PR initiatives.
  • Delivering clear briefs to the Creative team in order to elicit impactful, appropriate assets and copy to support strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Working with the Client Engagement team to manage brand ambassador and referral programmes to drive acquisition and advocacy.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years’ experience within strategic marketing, preferably within an agency or strategy consultancy.
  • Experience in the B2C professional services sectors preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and working across multiple channels, online and offline.
  • Strong experience with analysis of marketing and data.
  • Familiarity with content and creative requirements and standards across the all channels.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads platforms ideal although not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and complete on-time projects that deliver measurable impact.
